Ladies and gents yesterday was the 21st day in the wonderful month of August this may mean many things for varying persons but it only means one thing to me and film enthusiasts alike..............get pumped!!!...........here we go!!!......... Yesterday was the long awaited release of Inglorious Bastards the latest work of famed director Quentin Tarantino!! I am hella proud to say that Chloe and I went out and caught it on the PREMIER NIGHT and lets just say that it was not a let down by any means!!! People rave about the stellar acting of all involved in this cast but the preformance that sticks out in my mind is that of Brad Pit. Playing the leader of the bastards (a WWII dream team of sorts) Lt. Aldo Rae is one man who does what he has to do! Though this move is not for the faint of heart (noir is any Quentin Tarantino production) it is a very well played story. Thought all fictitonal by fact some asspects prove to be rather educational. With scenes that for the tention into the room in witch you sit and plenty of laughs and even an appearence from Mike Myers i would say that my favorite director has impressed once again!!!

this movie was AMAZING! seriously, i know tarantino is the one to be proud of here...but i've really never been so impressed by the work of brad pitt as i have in 'basterds'. it really gives you a whole new view of the effects of the nazis...and the effect of the basterds on the nazis..literally :D
